Why is that the key to losing weight?
Because if you want to lose weight, you have to press your body’s “right buttons”.
And those “buttons” are the ones that trigger fat burning.
The problem is, most diets and weight loss plans are telling you to press the wrong buttons.
For example, you may have been told you need to eat less.
This is wrong.
And you may have been told you need to exercise more.
This too is wrong.
And what about counting calories?
Yep, that’s wrong too.
As is most other advice.
